Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

• Damaged
• Defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials

Additionally:

• Sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

1. Return the original item
2. Place a new order after approval

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can return it within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
